What we collect

We do not collect personal data. This website has no accounts, no forms and no comments.

  • It does not set cookies.
  • It does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • It does not keep data in your browser's storage.

Your location ("Near me")

On the Find a surgeon page, the "Near me" button asks your browser for your location. Your browser asks for your permission first. If you agree, the website calculates the distance to the listed hospitals on your device. Your location does not go to us or to any other service, and we do not keep it.

Search

The search box on the Find a surgeon page works on your device. The words that you type do not go to us.

Services that receive technical data

When your browser opens a web page, it sends technical data with the request, such as your IP address and the type of browser. These services receive this data from this website:

  • Vercel hosts this website. It uses the data to send the pages to you and to protect the website. Read the Vercel privacy notice.
  • Cloudflare hosts a copy of this website at maxillofacial.pages.dev. If you open that copy, Cloudflare uses the data in the same way. Read the Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts supplies the fonts of this website. Your browser gets the fonts from Google. Read how Google Fonts uses this data.

Links to other websites

The hospital listings have links to hospital websites, phone numbers and directions on Google Maps. Other pages have links to the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India and to the sources of our map data. When you open one of these links, you leave this website. The other website has its own privacy policy.

Names in the surgeon list

The Find a surgeon pages show hospitals and the names of surgeons. We copy each name from the hospital's own website, or from an official government or university page about the hospital. We show the source of each listing. We do not collect other data about the surgeons.

Changes to this page

If we change what this website does with data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
